We have compiled the following support and Frequently Asked Questions to help you configure your Axsen supplied email. We encourage you to review the following information to see if your issue is easily fixed.

Webmail

The default method of accessing Axsen supplied email is via our easy-to-use Webmail interface. This can be securely accessed from any web browser at:

https://axsen.mymailsrvr.com/

You will be asked to enter your Axsen supplied email address and password. Please note that your password is case sensitive.

Technical Support

If you experience computer problems setting up your e-mail and our FAQ information does not cover your problem, we recommend Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS). Their rates are $120/hour for AXSEN customers. ITS uses advanced PC-to-PC remote access – their technicians will fix your problem on your desktop. Call 702-869-3636.

Optional Email Setup

We encourage you to use our Webmail service, however if you still wish to setup email on your computer or smartphone, directions are listed below.

IMAP Incoming Mail Server: secure.emailsrvr.com - port 993 (SSL)
SMTP Outgoing Mail Server: secure.emailsrvr.com - port 465 (SSL)
